Scope

These Terms of Service govern every contract entered into between Marco Manzari (the "Provider") and users in connection with the following services:

Conflicting or supplementary terms put forward by users only become part of the contract if the Provider has expressly agreed to them in writing.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Right of withdrawal

Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform Marco Manzari, Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach, email: mail@metadeath.me, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

This note provides general orientation and does not replace the service-specific instructions on withdrawal — the model wording prescribed by Annex 1 to Art. 246a § 1(2) sentence 1 no. 1 EGBGB applies in Germany.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Contracts between the Provider and users are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the state in which a consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract is Berlin, provided the contracting parties are merchants, legal persons under public law, or special funds under public law.
